Pharmacy Weight Loss Horbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic serving patients in Horbury and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) regulations and UK law.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications dispensed through Pharmacy Weight Loss Horbury require approval from one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. No prescription will be issued without a completed clinical assessment.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may decline to issue a prescription if we determine that the requested treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. Our decision is final and is made solely in the interest of patient safety.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the consultation is accurate and up to date. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time without prior notice.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being approved, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted in line with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
Returned medicines cannot be resold or restocked. Refunds will only be issued where goods arrive damaged or there has been a dispensing error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if this applies to you.
